Markets were slightly higher today as the S&P 500 Index tries to make new Highs for this rally to continue. However, New Highs can be dangerous with Low Volume. The NASDAQ 100 Index was able to make New Highs today, but many of the Leaders are quickly back up in the Red Zones (probably too late to Buy for the Short Term).
The DOW 30 Index has become weaker and is struggling to get above the Red Line. The Low Market Volume is not Bullish, and most of the Money Wave Buy Signals have not been strong for over a month. Many don’t want to Buy on Highs…
