Markets were up today, as the Indices need to exceed the early June High for this rally to continue. The BioTech Index made New Highs. Most other Indices are struggling to get back up. Valuations are very strange, with new issue Peloton (PTON) exercise bikes which loses money with 2000 employes, is worth more that Int’l. Paper (IP) with 51,000 employees, pays a 5.8% Dividend and was founded in 1898!
The Leaders are back up in the Red Zones (probably too late to Buy for the Short Term). Some Leaders are 100 % Above the Green Lines, which is rare for investments to be that over-bought. Please WAIT for the Strongest Indices and Leaders to return back down into the Green Zones for Money Wave Buy Signals. This can be frustrating, but worth it. The better trades happen when the S&P 500 Index is also in the Green Zone.
Remember that the Markets have bounced up about 40 % from the March Lows, and were very over-bought from “Good News” Buyers.
Bonds were mixed again today.
Crude Oil was up $0.78 today at $40.61.
