Markets were higher today as the Indices are back above the Pink Lines (10-day avgs.). Maybe the Markets have put in a Higher Low to show a sign of bottoming. Semiconductors have bounced. The major Indices are all Below the Green Lines, but Inflation Stocks and Interest Rates have dropped as the Economy slows down.
The Oil Stocks are very over-sold, and should ounce back up again soon.
