Markets were up slightly today, as the Semiconductors bounced with the weak US Dollar. The Strongest Leaders are slowly coming down and are almost in the Green Zones for Money Wave Buy signals. The S&P 500 Index is trying to Close back above the Pink Line (10-day avg.) of 3234, which would be Bullish.
