The Markets were higher today after Friday’s big rally, but closed weaker. There was some better buying on the weaker stocks, as the bargain hunters were feeling more confident.
We have RAISED the Sell Stop Losses on many positions, as the DOW Index has already rallied 1950 points off the Lows. PORTFOLIO
Longer term the Markets are Over-Sold and should return back up towards the Green Line after backing and filling.
Crude Oil was up $0.75 today at $48.70.
