Markets are up again today as most Money Wave Buy Signals are kicking in. However, the recent decline is very steep and the Markets could go back down again to re-test the recent Lows. Holding a second time near the recent Lows would be very Bullish.
Don’t pile in full unless you are prepared for another dip down. The DOW is up 1500 points from yesterday’s low.
The S&P 500 is has bounced, but it is still Below the Red Line (50-day avg.) and might go down again.
Try to Buy Investments that recently made new Highs, and Held ABOVE the Red Lines. Usually these will bounce the quickest.
Crude Oil is down today at $61.90.
