Markets were higher again today as Stimulus Plan rumors circulated, and many seem to be waiting on another Stimulus Bill before taking profits. The Strongest Leaders continue to push higher, but are very Over-Bought for the Short Term.
This Market is forcing undisciplined Investors to Buy High, when the Reward / Risk ratio is poor. We know that the Leaders are Way Above the Green Line, and they won’t stay up there forever. The Low Volume is warning you. Please be patient and WAIT for good setups in the Green Zones.
