Markets were mixed today after dropping over 1 % on the opening. Probably a Stimulus Bill later today. BioTechs & Solar Stocks were higher.
The Markets need to exceed the recent Highs to remain Bullish. The new Stimulus Money will be GOOD NEWS and Smart Money should take profits soon.
