That is the Good News that the Markets have been discounting for months, so Smart Money should be taking profits soon. Most of the Leaders are up in the Red Zones (probably too late to Buy for the Short Term). Emotions are very High now, so be cautious.
The Indices were able to exceed the late Nov. Highs, which is Bullish.

Bonds were down today on strong Economy hopes.
