Markets were higher again today, as many investors have decided that the one month Wave IV correction is over. However, the Leaders & Indices are quickly back up in the Red Zones (probably too late the Buy for the short term). The WATCH LIST is small now as the Market has squeezed out the Short Sellers in the last 4 days.
Bonds held at Support and bounced, but are over bought for the short term. So we have Inverse Bond Fund TBT on the Watch List for a quick trade back up. This might cause some profit taking on the Tech Stocks (Techs don’t like high long term Interest Rates) .
Now we need to wait on a pull back for a few days. There will be more Buy Signals soon, coming up out of the Green Zones. CHARTS The best moves happen when the S&P 500 Index is also coming up out of the Green Zone.
