Markets were down today, as the Indices need to re-test Monday’s Lows… If the Markets only Retrace about 62% of the recent Rally, that is a Bullish sign.
A rally back up to the Highs would require the Markets to get back above the Red Lines (50-day avgs). Markets may have to dip back down once more.
