Markets popped up today as the S&P 500 bounced off of the Green Line yesterday, and buyers came in. Many are still being very careful in buying, until the S&P can Close Above the Pink Line of 2637.
The weaker Investments are very Over-Sold, but might have to go down once more. Then maybe a good Rally can begin.
Crude Oil up today at $63.65.
