Markets popped up today on Good News and Low Volume. The S&P 500 Index went up to 3027, almost back up to the August Highs of 3028. The FED is supposed to Lower the Fed Funds rate again next Wednesday. The FED might have a tough sell to Lower Rates when the Markets are on Highs, and Unemployment Rates at Lows. We could see some disappointments next week. We are reluctant to Buy Investments with Low Volume up here near the Highs.
With the Markets holding up near the Highs, there are not many Money Wave Trades at this time. Many Leaders are still up in the Red Zones (probably too late to Buy for the Short Term).
Bonds were down slightly again today.
Crude Oil was up $0.42 today at $56.65.
