Markets were lower today as many are impatient about a Stimulus Plan. The Indices are back down in the Green Zones for Buy Signals soon. The Watch List has grown so large that we won’t list them all (over 40 names). Try to Buy Investments that recently made New Highs and held above the Red Lines (50-day avgs.).
Volume is low, as many Investors are waiting for a Stimulus Plan before committing more funds.

Bonds were up slightly today.
Crude Oil was down $0.82 today at $39.82.
