Markets were lower today, and the S&P 500 Index has stalled up near the resistance of the Red Line (50-day avg.) around 4193. It is normal for the Indices to pause or pull back a little after a 9 % rally last week up from the lows.
Long Term Interest Rates should go back up to re-test the Highs, which might cause some Selling. The Volume was below average today which indicates indecision.
