Markets were mostly higher today as the over-sold rally from Monday’s low continued. if the major Indices are able to hold above Monday’s low after the FED talk, then maybe the Indices had a “False Breakdown” (maybe Bullish). That is when the prices dip below Support (to Run the Stops), and end up Closing higher.
This is currently a weak Market, so the FED might only raise 1/2 point now, instead of 3/4 point. Currently FEAR is High, and that is when we like to Buy. Investments that hold near the Red Lines (50-day avgs.) usually pop up first.

Many like to Buy the Swing Trades just before the Close, if the Money Wave is going to create a Buy Signal (Closing > 20 and up out of the Green Zone).
Don’t Buy if the Investment has already popped up too much. Money Wave Buy Signals are usually good for a 3-6 % move in a few days.
