Markets were lower today as the Leaders were very over-bought from the big bounced up off the recent Market Lows. Most Leaders should bounce back up soon near the Pink Lines (10-day avgs.) to avoid Short Term Sell Signals. The Volume only about 1/2 of normal so maybe the institutions are holding the Markets up until the end of the quarter for bonuses.
The Leaders are still back up near the Red Zones (probably too late to Buy for the Short Term) so most nimble Traders are resisting Buying into an over-bought Market (explains low Volume).
