Markets were mixed today as the US Dollar Gapped Up and the Big Techs liked that. The Dollar was up again on expectations of Higher Interest Rates later from a growing Economy. The NASDAQ 100 Tech Fund (QQQ) made a New High today. The DOW 30 and Small Caps were lower.
The DOW 30, NYSE and Small Cap Indices bounced up near the Red Lines (50-day avgs.) today which is a normal Buying area for swing traders. Now the sideways battle continues as to whether the Indices make New Highs, or “Double Top”.
NEW SUBSCRIBERS: Please WAIT for the Volume to improve. The low Volume recently has WARNED us against Buying much at this time. The better trades happen when the S&P 500 Index is also in the Green Zone.

Crude Oil was down $0.94 today at $71.21.
