Markets were mixed today as the S&P 500 Index could not push thru yesterday’s New Highs without any Volume. The Markets are waiting for an important FED Meeting next week. Crude Oil prices made New Highs again today as Inflation picks up.
The Indices are staying above the Pink Lines (10-day avgs.) to avoid Short Term Sell Signals. The sideways battle continued as to whether the Indices make New Highs, or “Double Top”.

Hi Frank. There is only one data field for SCTR at StockCharts.
Another way would be to use a service like MarketInOut.com or Investor’s Daily scan, as they are weighted more to 1 year, instead of the last 90 days (like SCTR).
