FEB 16, 2021 We are dealing with Freeze & Power issues today, so this email may not accurately reflect Tuesday’s Signals.
Markets were mixed today after rallying in the morning. Volume was very low, but most don’t want to Sell with the FED Printing and FOMO (Fear of Missing Out). There still seems to be more Short Squeezing going on with some stocks.
Most of the Indices are over-bought and back up into the Red Zones (probably too late to Buy for the Short Term). Please have discipline and WAIT for a pull-back.
We are being conservative and only Buying Signals now if the Volume is High (at least 1.25 X the 50-day avg. Volume). The better trades happen when the S&P 500 Index is also in the Green Zone (now back up in the Red Zone).
Bonds were down again today, another New Low and are below the Green Line.
Crude Oil was up $0.33 today at $59.80.
