Markets were mixed today but there were finally some good Pops in the Low Price sector (see chart above). The S&P 500 and DOW 30 Indices are on Highs and over-bought. There is only 1 Stock on the Swing Trading Watch List, which normally means a pull-back is coming. The best Stock rallies normally happen when the Watch List is large.
The Buying has been poor, even with better than expected Earnings which probably indicates that the Markets need to come down further and become more over sold. This would normally set up for stronger moves up for trading. Please be patient and WAIT for pull-backs.
The better trades happen when the S&P 500 Index is also in the Green Zone.
Many BIG pops early today on DAY TRADING SETUPS.
Bonds were down slightly down today, and are below the Green Line.
Crude Oil was down $0.18 today at $61.96.

Many like to Buy the day before, near the Close, if the Money Wave is going to create a Buy Signal (Closing > 20 and out of the Green Zone).
Don’t Buy if the Investment has already popped up too much. Money Wave Buys are usually good for a 3-6 % move in a few days.
